SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  1. 2_ Browser: Internet Explore 8.0 (The Korail website does not support Netscape, FireFox or Opera.)
  2. 3_ Setting: Screen Resolution of 1024*768 pixels with JavaScript and ActiveX enabled

Reservation

  • It is possible to search the train timetable and purchase tickets from 1 month before the date of travel
  • You cannot reserve tickets for a train departing in 20 minutes or less from the time of reservation.
  • You can purchase tickets in the “Ticket Reservation” menu.
  • You should make payment immediately after ticket reservation.
  • Your reservation is confirmed when payment is complete and the ticket is issued.

Refund

  • You can refund the ticket in the “REISSUE/REFUND” menu.
  • After the train has departed, you should request a ticket refund at the station ticket window
  • A refund fee is imposed based on the time of the refund.
  • Tickets are valid until the train arrives at the destination. (You cannot refund the ticket after the train has arrived at the destination.)
