Q. How can I purchase a Korail Pass?
A. For online purchase, go to ‘Reservation’ menu and enter precise information and purchase it with credit card. It is also on sale at KORAIL Travel Centers located at main train stations. (Check ‘About Korail Pass’ for details)
Q. How can I make a seat request?
A. After purchase go to ‘My Reservation’ → click ‘Seat Reservation’ button
or visit train stations’ ticket centers with printed-out KORAIL PASS and passport

Q. How can I cancel a Korail Pass?
A. Go to ‘My Reservation’ → ‘Detail’ → click ‘Refund’ before pass starts.
※ It is possible to return and get refund from where you have purchased.
(If you purchased the pass at travel agency or train station, online refund is not possible)
※ Reserved seat ticket must be returned first to proceed pass refund.
※ Passenger must return a pass that is not going to be used before pass starts.
Q. How much is a refund fee?
A. Return on (Korean Time Standard) does not bill the cancellation fee
(one day before the first date of travel), No refund : from the first date of travel.
* Reserved seat tickets must be returned to cancel and return the pass.
Q. Can I change personal information or pass type?
A. Changing pass type, passenger type and personal information is not possible after purchase confirmation. (Changing the ‘first date of travel with KORAIL PASS’ is possible for 1 time only before pass starts) Therefore, pass must be returned before it starts and purchase new one for valid use.
Q. How can I check my Korail Pass order status after purchasing it?
A. After purchase go to ‘My Reservation’ → Inquire → click ‘Detail’ button
Q. I lost my KORAIL PASS(or train ticket). Where can I reissue it?
A. Go to ‘My Reservation’ → ‘Detail’ → click ‘Reissue’ button for the pass
Go to ‘My Reservation’→ ‘Detail’ → click ‘Usage History’ button for train ticket
Reissue or reprint of KORAIL PASS and train ticket is NOT available at train stations.
